“Cozy Riad at perfect location” This little Riad in Marrakech's Medina was perhaps the most perfect place we could have chosen to stay at. Easy to get to from the Jamaa el Fna (main square). Best part was friendly Abdull who is in charge of the night shift and helped us out with tips where to go and what to see. Don't forget to ask him where to get a tradition Tanjia dish (and not the ones they serve in restaurants). The butcher around the corner did one for us for 100 Dirham. Half a kilo lamb meat spiced with Safran and cooked for 4 hours. Delicious. As to the rooms I would recommend the ones upstairs with a balcony as the one downstairs looked a bit dark.

The Riad was a peaceful oasis yet close to everything. It is a beautiful authentic building. Staff were welcoming, informative and hospitable. The sunny roof terrace is great for a relaxed breakfast and the courtyard cool in the heat of the day.

Lovely quiet place in the middle of the Medina! When booking ask for a room upstairs, as you might catch a beam of sun in the morning. Nice breakfast (pastry, bread, crêpes salées, marmalade, butter, soft cheese, freshly squeezed orange juice, tea/coffee), served in the patio/balcony or in your room. Very friendly welcome by Abdul. Wifi ok. Heater in the room. Shower working well. Hand in the key if you want your room made. All in all a very pleasant stay!

We recommend this riad . It is well positioned for the square and market place of Marrakesh. Abdul, Helen and staff were very welcoming, and happy to help with all our queries. Breakfast was delicious and the rooftop terrace an ideal place to eat it and enjoy the morning sun. No complaints whatsoever. on any aspect. We had a brilliant time in Marrakesh and this Riad was the ideal place to relax after experiencing the hustle and bustle of the manic, daily life in the Jemaa el Fna square,

“Lovely Riad in the centre of Marrakech Medina” We stayed for 5 nights and had a lovely time. Perfect location, so close to the main square yet very quiet except for the lovely birdsong! Everyone at the Riad were very kind and extremely helpful - breakfast on the roof every morning was perfect. I cannot recommend the riad enough and will certainly return there for another visit without any hesitation.

“Friendly, well located and priced Riad” We stayed for 6 nights, using it as a base for day trips. Great location just off one of the main roads in the medina within an easy walk to the Jemma El Fna/night market, souks, palaces etc. For the price, the rooms are reasonably spacious with comfy beds, free wifi and the shower had hot water. The only downside was the lack of heating in the rooms, even with an oil heater and lots of blankets it did get nippy in there. We stayed in February and temperatures dropped close to 0 at night! The staff were really friendly, happy to have a chat and gave us some useful tips. Breakfast was lovely, a nice and filling continental breakfast that we had on the rooftop terrace, their pretty ground floor courtyard and in our room. Very nice stay all round, which contributed to our chilled out holiday.

We took an electric kettle to make hot drinks in the room. Most of the other guests were from England also and everyone spoke good English. The staff are able to advise on what prices to pay for common items offered for sale in the souks. It is worth using the riad's service to send a taxi to the airport to meet you and take you to the riad for 200 dirhams because it saves all the stress on arrival. Change the money after going through customs and not in the booths before offering poor rates.

The riad was absolutely lovely, very, very quiet except for the beautiful birdsong in the morning considering how close it is to the main square. The staff could not be kinder and more helpful and gentle. A superb breakfast every morning on the roof terrace watching eagles circling, storks flying by, and the sounds of Berber music gently piping across from the square. We would stay there again and again - cannot recommend it enough!

“Great place to stay” We only stayed 1 night but lovely place to stay. It is in a very good location and easy to find. We were greeted with mint tea and pastries, rooms basic but with everything needed and very clean. Breakfast was very good and we ate it on the terrace. Excellent value for money and would recommend it

We would definitely recommend this riad. The staff is very kind, warm and helpful. The location was absolutely perfect. It is located in walking distance to most of the main attractions, and only 3 minutes from the Jemaa el Fna square, and even though there can be a lot of noise at this place, there is so quiet at the riad. Compared to other riads in Morroco we enjoyed the breakfast, and most of all they have a very lovely and sunny roof top terrace!

“Staff, Abdoul, really makes the place. He's so helpful and friendly, that he makes the riad feel like home. This being my entry point to Morocco, his warm welcome made a terrific first impression. Room was spacious and nice.”
